Safe rooms and sustainable commitment
- on mental health and suicide prevention for LGBTQ people

We talk more and more about sustainable engagement in civil society and how we take care of each other. At the same time, LGBTQ people have worse mental health than the general population. How does that work? When the numbers speak their clear language, how do we move from just rabbing them up to looking at what they are up to? And above all, what can we do about it, together?

Linnea Risinger, project manager for "Stronger Together", talks about how one can work suicide prevention and in promoting mental health for LGBT people in general and trans people in particular based on the guide "We are getting better together" written by Edward Summanen, trans expert at RFSL.
